" o+ V5 F$ i% r; {4 e* W§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
; e9 [4 w" X& }0 p8 f§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
( N0 p. ~& b1 \8 S5 l5 z# T+ i
. n$ }3 g9 ~; ~; zPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
- K: C* T( i, ?* Z* G§ Valid Drivers License
1 V' ]' u7 `" M§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
9 _- a$ s' y3 F2 v$ K1 s# @1 S9 L§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
