Duties & Responsibilities:
6 _% ?6 T4 B; }8 {! m7 C§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
( x  e' |1 J% s9 v' `' ^0 p1 W§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
' E% e3 a# r8 D+ L§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
) `3 x0 a$ V0 z1 V7 p5 F+ e$ V& k§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
6 X, P8 e; M" L/ A6 A, g
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
- i9 b$ R6 z$ w* P+ E" f§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
. D' L5 J+ |" ~  ~§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
