; `) ~3 b2 C G' ~' O4 P4 `§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
4 D3 S% b( a I! j6 @% ?, ]) z1 Z§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock % J; o! h( X5 B4 |
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays / Z2 l; a, j" ]* u6 H) b
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis + O% Q$ ?. h1 \$ x
! I/ y0 ]9 u% D8 ]; }
Preferred Education & Qualifications: 5 b1 E7 ]9 W# F7 m2 g9 L4 h; k
§ High School Diploma ! b) W( E: E5 l' q% H: W
§ Valid Drivers License
# K" A. [! c4 ^5 [§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role % V' _ k% S1 r8 g2 n
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
# m, E* B- u. q0 N* u' [7 l; y§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills + G6 K% l/ u9 @
§ Ability to use computers
