Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
" h& l1 s/ W" U8 ^: v•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
% b% y6 g0 X3 d/ p5 S" O•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
0 F$ Y: O* x% K% w' L7 X) w& M•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

" i  x- j! E5 o( sPreferred Qualifications
( k. y7 T8 ~- |% o/ V, |3 C•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
