This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

& U, r% Z8 J( i5 d+ d. {• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners1 S6 F8 @$ F+ f) P
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs* Q; I% H; b9 N8 d
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
" z, G' i% j) u8 s7 X1 e+ {• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing3 V: B2 s% ]! q) O+ S; T3 B
, T( H+ I8 b- h4 APreferred Qualifications/ _6 S1 P$ e. C$ \5 s/ r! A
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field! B e5 j5 ]' v% A
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
+ A3 Q' {* Y1 Y; F7 e7 w- `" W• Experience in project management & report writing 7 I3 p z$ w6 s3 K% _
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
