This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ! B3 q, X. a0 D) Y5 s, `

Responsibilities4 j+ l; s+ F# Y" g0 c! X6 e$ M
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners. B, s$ c( F8 @
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs1 c% X+ J' Z+ m* g4 v
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols9 x4 J8 b; b2 E( ]
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing/ O, y$ A% l1 S
* a' {; f% T1 C, n( jPreferred Qualifications. M1 N9 D$ F) @' l+ `; W7 X3 X
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field$ W; g7 h5 X3 e; }4 N+ `
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 7 W; n8 |8 ?1 h' Y
• Experience in project management & report writing
