Position Summary:
3 N, @/ s' {$ J: |7 T        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
3 C$ f$ j4 R# X/ t9 h) p* V•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
0 h  j1 T5 x% \& Y# y1 A•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
% n/ `, u; m% @•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
