; _( p, l1 s  X        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
9 w" U! b% i0 l. A2 f- v8 S•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
7 I  G& \& u' E5 A' O•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
/ x, _  ?- S# d: p) |•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
