The Position
* }( D( G/ |7 j2 GThe Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
* {  M1 x! a' ]) O3 J! qskilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
4 ~9 W0 Q8 {' C' P! d6 gDuties and responsibilities
7 x$ C" d8 o. `3 ^7 x+ j) ?8 hGeneral
• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
5 x  {" M7 i3 N# m0 `) W• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
development, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
* r# M8 E- s/ f& E$ M' e9 g• Archives files
• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
& D+ X. I% ^0 g! s7 j• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
• Appointment and meeting scheduling
9 w& F0 k: q( y2 Z0 v7 L• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
  W" L, `& p1 O* Y( E# w1 A- A• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
required
5 u6 t; _) a8 K, |, ]Accounting
4 J' Q- I+ n9 N$ J5 a• Accounts payable complete to checks
• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
Qualifications
& C, S" A) t2 L% Z: w; z1 W- N/ e• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
1 I# W$ e) [# v. R; ~• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
" m  l/ C$ O3 _6 m& N& v) W& f$ \9 ssoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required
& S3 f' o. q( E! F• Clear criminal record check

Hours of Work
7 n% O. H' L" ?: b• Part time – 24 hours per week.

Once constructed, the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will become a small, working village of charitable

and warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
