The Position

skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
' |( E6 ~* y& e/ F* H3 p4 x# ]2 nDuties and responsibilities
# j0 e# r. D$ z$ g# uGeneral
8 m' S1 F& f/ }* Y% b& T  A• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
$ T* j# ]1 T- e: j7 n6 B) C2 `• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
' n9 ]5 e$ U& S& ?1 A5 ^development, distributes and files same
+ A7 e9 G% o# |, P4 e! ?% i• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
. Y2 j. c5 c. ^1 z5 {+ i. [% W; u( @• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
8 |4 X) s% K" s/ V$ Z7 ~) Z2 \$ X9 L• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
4 F8 e4 {$ s# @' M, J0 f• Appointment and meeting scheduling
• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
' d  L- M3 M; R9 `3 D9 s. T• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office

$ t0 p6 o# {3 E; n! m& Q5 g• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
) x' I5 g' u" k) w& A& X/ hrequired
Accounting
• Accounts payable complete to checks
& b' Z" O+ H+ i3 C$ c• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
2 P1 j% Z9 y# TQualifications
# S# G: \4 h7 {2 }• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
& G+ U6 }* N( [3 J6 \; {8 |! Bsoftware (Income Manager)
. x, h+ `2 x* v0 E* m) V! Y8 h• Ability to flex time as required
+ r2 }* _& E3 h• Clear criminal record check
• Requires personal vehicle
Hours of Work
• Part time – 24 hours per week.
