Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
2 l) S- A( K  P& u5 gCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
, H& p  W+ c3 B) V3 h5 R9 G: Y
; S2 D+ o; _% o- } Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
6 `6 F  [3 R& e0 P; _; a9 p Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
- e2 g; d; m$ b: X+ p  J Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
( \+ |. I4 H) a0 S) z Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
0 b8 a! o8 Q% [+ _/ \( d Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
, M4 S3 S* _% y+ x5 d2 ]! l, f Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
( v) B: H# ^5 t* h* W9 u Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
  d9 D/ W5 q& a& W4 T Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
1 p* J  R8 e& i+ M$ \, m6 T+ R: X Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
% W4 F" F/ }* x. s( P/ I Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
2 p' S  M8 X8 C, {. ?. W$ t Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
