Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

Duties:! O3 o& ^) x! x9 B
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
* f* {2 n6 Z3 R& Z4 f$ D/ w& s; o, |8 d! e) f* ~1 I: C8 q
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
' F4 ]! z: C3 U8 n4 Q4 z! ? Take attendance if available 2 y: g& ^) w9 Y$ f# R
 Provide positive modelling to youth & v% B. D/ q# f7 c% I
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities& E" m: |7 d& ~/ y' F2 P# Y
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions' u# @) Q" i! s; E
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
% P2 P M' y/ s/ o* J& ?' g4 J Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
9 i- z* h, Y& F5 t Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
! }4 A0 H# o$ Y Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator; G' C" A5 `( [- \
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
1 H- U/ D$ v3 [ Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
5 A2 A, e v3 w Assist in program planning/design
; M- Z- t6 y. t2 ?# W _) c1 _7 f Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator! M" ^4 ^. l0 y/ [8 N8 q

 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers

 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
