可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
# r& ^$ s7 n  G) ~* m2 ?但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
( G1 S& c0 U2 }不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
