想申请公民，移民局对照片有要求，所以想知道：
9 Y- k7 N7 i5 w! h5 A4 R7 o( N6 Z. s1. 可否自己拿近期（6个月内的）照的证件照去冲洗成为规定的尺寸？会不会被退档啊？
