Tutor for high school student wanted

A friend of mine is looking for a tutor:

( h3 a, H* |0 B" |4 g' E7 w-- high school(grade 12) Sciences and Social courses
- f2 G1 G4 ?0 o1 E& e  n-- two/three times per week, about 2 hours for each time
! f  `. ~2 a/ W-- must be fluent in both Chinese and English
