[a bit about me: i just graduated from undergrad, currently working in the finance industry, got interviews with some of the largest firms in the world (for banks, think MS, JPM; for investment firms, think $10Bn to $150Bn in assets under management). i've literally spent 200+ hours refining my resume and 500+ hours on interview prep.
