The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
/ y5 S2 V: V5 vperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
5 S7 p d- z; e' Crelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;0 |2 P& O" J: b* n* C9 r5 p
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
8 T5 g8 `4 v: c* b3 H7 |7 H· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
& b5 Z" L: b+ g6 v5 ?· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;7 ? T& X- E" D& ]0 B- O4 f
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
+ I5 E1 m! E0 t5 E$ W& Z% s& K· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
" k- B1 {- B9 `8 ]# C" b, ]8 y· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;- H6 i( A( m& M7 E& a2 P2 A* C
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

/ U- i5 L" l$ b2 {8 N! {6 h· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
# B5 Q8 p% e _2 c" q x. ?· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;: ~3 L8 d# }$ b3 I3 U; }7 y
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count; }1 M- p1 ?4 U& [, |" S
Qualifications/Requirements:
) X- v0 P$ t0 c* ~· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain4 d% N7 n1 R3 Z0 W+ @5 y
lasting relationships with customers;
& E+ r! o* b* S; Y5 C· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;- w/ ^4 x" B2 d# G+ [! b
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;- w5 O8 J+ e5 b8 }* a
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;' T, J% m. U1 d4 Y2 H5 w2 L9 K( `
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 s( i, o8 j! c& F
· Excellent organizational skills;
