The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in4 i5 i1 F% h n% \) ^! B
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;" D1 ^0 A; Z Y0 g/ c. X
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
( V5 s8 C- F' ?/ V0 {% U· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
' m+ }. @0 g* Q' ]· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! }' C% {0 j9 e) { N$ I/ a: p1 r· Collect payments for cash account orders;
6 l& @9 x+ P- j· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;) B0 `/ i U. M2 n5 n1 N
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;' T$ w2 c7 n1 @& l
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate8 j! d/ l1 E* `* F0 a3 t
database;

· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
) Q) V, I4 Q" O3 a0 Zlasting relationships with customers;
; v# d/ J- }2 g9 ]· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;! p2 s7 Y6 U" V1 g6 j e, Y
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
0 y* e4 y }. I- r; L: M· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ n) H! P5 `1 U. K0 N
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
