" R! N9 L- O4 q" oThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
# y& h" a; E+ C4 U7 ^/ I· Verify pricing and availability of product;; \$ p" i4 l- `: {: S% d
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
- x- w. |! G' r4 J, I· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;4 B" `5 e# Y7 d% w* P" T8 _! k4 R
· Collect payments for cash account orders; q, j. T) n0 G/ R% a4 j' X
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;- S: S7 g5 F t! A
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;0 p: u; n' ]- X3 e" U# e
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate* b8 V4 U3 @5 y1 W$ J% |, x; c
database;9 N+ s4 ~. k( L" f2 x1 [6 m) z
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 P* W6 D- b+ M
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;' o; C" N8 A* B. j/ U
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
# s {2 w/ Z* z5 E1 eQualifications/Requirements:
Y2 U# f) ]: N* S$ w' J; m0 y· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain

· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ D5 r6 x$ M- \: q· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;0 Q5 q5 q, c# h5 \& S! s
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
/ Y2 [, K& a' E; o9 V3 `' C· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
