Role/Function:
2 W; i* C  [- r* D. K  RThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in+ I4 ~1 X* H+ N
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining3 q* ^5 o+ \2 d& Y
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet8 j; [9 R: `7 D# w. R
client demands are key components of this position.9 R8 t! Q3 L- d6 \
Responsibilities:
0 ~# y$ L0 u3 l5 o- i( W· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;" K: Z$ p0 y+ Q6 E. y9 e4 e7 ?
· Verify pricing and availability of product;$ c; i& O& F( T/ N% u  N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;" X8 d% F. [5 ]2 M! _
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! K, ~7 u0 F1 c$ @$ M6 b% b- h· Collect payments for cash account orders;
* t( V; y9 j+ ?# ^6 r· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
! m2 \0 M* R$ G# R4 |# q, ^( Y* q· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;. m9 y- d. ?+ S* B7 u
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
/ T& }' d/ n' M0 l+ r/ }database;
  Q1 n+ B# C, X- e8 E6 t· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
4 R# U0 A& e- p; {" c, S. v/ N· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;! `$ J2 n9 ]( u( h  i/ E3 @/ E
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;: r% i- s5 T$ J& q' w
Qualifications/Requirements:# ^8 J9 B: J+ d% D6 J4 [
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain- r6 u. C1 W) _4 p( B2 M0 G
lasting relationships with customers;9 d. D2 }. T' [1 n; }( Y  [
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
; [) `) i, m" N, J. |3 u· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
' I  y, [# C' H  G& Q- r· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
* I8 w# U( e1 C# T3 p( j5 i8 L# j" _· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
7 A3 w- j* u9 v! n· Excellent organizational skills;2 g8 [6 a# T( L7 x0 j& W
