Role/Function:
! ^- _( Z, V0 Q) H% lThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in- O% o) C$ \4 |" M% Q
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:8 K. u7 I6 @; C
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
. f6 ]6 u* O2 r7 T· Verify pricing and availability of product;9 J2 K% P& |$ I" M2 i
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;$ v% R5 N! i9 G- ^
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
( I! i) v" U, w: g· Collect payments for cash account orders;: I9 t) V% l, z
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;5 H2 E0 G, v0 N# j+ f
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
2 \* ]! I4 Y5 N3 o5 E! { m· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;8 Z2 X* G1 ?; m, j& Q7 q& A
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;9 p/ ]6 O1 b, j+ S1 f/ H$ o
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
) o7 J! Q8 F9 |, d5 _Qualifications/Requirements:" K: P5 y9 P! S& m6 t1 B
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain' H. Z; M/ p5 |: @' {7 C
lasting relationships with customers;0 u8 L/ m2 @/ s6 X
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
8 ^4 k8 O, [9 V; m# T B· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;7 x. H2 ~% r% w# o) G! r+ `9 |
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
* n0 w9 s8 o6 R. F· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
