The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in \# \0 [4 M- _, N" X* H' a
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities: }5 g/ e# q8 j
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
* h3 s5 b9 m& z& X" a0 R8 D" |· Verify pricing and availability of product;1 v! ?; N3 F5 c; w2 Q! |4 z1 @
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
5 a: c* ?: E3 @+ C$ G4 S· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;' h% U& r7 E; W
· Collect payments for cash account orders;$ I a$ v5 ]* h, `# B
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;: _8 s, v( d/ n( C* ~. z+ m
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;6 X* w0 D7 h; ~$ z' q
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
s: p3 j4 F/ z3 |- T+ D$ A4 mdatabase;
1 i4 A! k3 u+ p7 `9 Q# `· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
1 J3 N; T$ }8 A· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements: e; n- {7 k% ?7 G& D* J
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain' K+ ?+ p0 s2 e& w( X$ l
lasting relationships with customers;/ Z- z6 X9 m3 B
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;# A6 [ T U8 K& x* k
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
( v* J. M5 `$ t+ ?' ]3 t· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
2 n5 R2 e6 D! v! M# V) V) Y· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);, h! _8 w7 m( v3 n) l5 N: X
