person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
4 f+ W! L8 N0 p· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;1 K y2 q: d" E S6 B& Q$ A
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
- D. v3 X+ {8 {% E· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
& @; I3 ~7 C' q· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;) \7 @" ^9 U+ V0 G: C& H
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
6 W% Y Y3 h% F- r5 t9 Y· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;; _: H/ V, S3 N7 `$ @2 D5 h" p6 Y. H
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
) F4 I' d9 W: d1 x· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate# L F# K+ V1 p
database;: h$ i' Q( X$ C: \0 V, N
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
$ x# `1 Y: D3 n$ O& r! D· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
5 G( w. W# n5 U# R: l" t· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;. C& f/ h: X1 h- ^$ I3 W ~
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ _% G' w6 @" ?( g C, z7 b· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
! B2 f1 Z7 Z; c1 |* @lasting relationships with customers;- }6 U3 A% b9 v! y6 S4 L0 N; h: a
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;8 L3 E9 w6 V7 U G' ?
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;' f" z' l' `0 Q7 T4 g: ]8 X4 T
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
, c' [# d7 u- R' u7 t· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
