The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

• Program implementation
# [) M( w' J, c) i+ d) I• Completion of daily documentation and data collection5 b" H" p$ S. Y2 c
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure& J# k$ V% w. B& L
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals7 d" n0 }1 `1 ^- i* A8 H) a7 @7 P
• Behavior management

• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance- ^8 e, n$ i' V( i* k0 |! c- w

Education) t+ u# l9 o! k* A3 U- T
• Completion of a high school diploma

• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
" U2 N G V- c! m8 j• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
" I8 Q& u7 ^% {( m, q6 C) F• Standard First Aid with CPR$ B: c+ `! |2 Z s/ D
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
