The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community

• Completion of daily documentation and data collection" M' \+ `8 h% G( T
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure, c* ?2 e+ R2 Z' a: r0 \
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
- p6 N& L. ], E& F• Behavior management
2 h3 d+ l! U# ~/ `) a( E8 t; I• Medication Administration

Education, l9 ^( ?- y8 {+ |- r$ X
• Completion of a high school diploma1 k2 W9 G' M2 H% J1 ?9 ~/ h
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field0 U, [9 t. q& B! P+ y; [' m
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)

• Standard First Aid with CPR' V# P- q; f0 L; ~0 A* D4 ]
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
