The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

+ J3 n. w/ m8 n, K1 e, m  u9 K• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
: Z" t* ~7 }* W0 b* C• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
7 M! v+ W( U" o6 ~: d• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
+ {7 d: C2 n" n0 F) c9 m  Y• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
* a; o( p" ^- R  K! w• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
% ^% u; i9 c' S2 J& STraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training

• Experience with personal care

Salary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
