•        Take customers' orders
2 o$ K' E: r2 O3 `7 @* z•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
& l) p- w& \6 f# e- C- @2 j  v' S/ U•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
) I/ T5 m. Y' [! q4 \, e6 p* [•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased
