Job Description:

' F( V* T$ H0 ~* k$ l, Q& @•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
: H2 Q; V6 O- j2 Y2 V/ b, J  t! t•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 j" n; q! y1 B5 |& T# X- {! u•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
3 X  ^5 @2 Z2 I- s6 \- u•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
! S4 D6 Q+ |4 l/ C% y" s7 o# f+ q•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
1 A! h; U8 E0 a0 Y1 F•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
