Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

6 t1 D4 t; n# F•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
& ^/ u- J8 ?& Z  I- F6 V3 k•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
2 F  p" ~0 t5 s•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
, f* x! P- Q* V( Y$ H# I•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7 ^$ q9 v) [9 A( c8 W•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
: k9 a7 q1 X) [& U4 }. [7 X! A•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
