8 D* H/ F6 {" w, ^•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
% a) d( y% t. ]•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& z5 ?9 B0 E" G6 @8 q3 x7 M6 A) ~•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
0 l8 {8 K0 p- y" x' C# Q6 p! t•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
4 g& d  E, Q# E/ J! M7 x* O, Z•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
