Job Description:

9 P0 S" G/ ]' j( v" w( d4 A•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- D1 J5 t$ J" C8 S0 ]; s•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
8 |6 u/ j4 T7 B" h6 Q•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  m3 m! Y+ n9 U' S•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
9 m& U3 S" f8 A) J4 O; R•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
* }' z9 s4 f  t* n  Q3 W
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
, Z: ~  B* l  Y, J3 U/ m•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
