•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
8 J; C3 l* L6 p0 \5 n3 I" |•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
8 I4 z) r- j: F9 X3 ^; n$ ~•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
/ f: g( [& t8 Z5 I5 G•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

. w! o1 x: B- ?& Q•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
! s) E6 }6 d$ g6 L- q& ^•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
