: v7 J) z+ h% X! ^( q6 fShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

  E5 e$ D$ w4 u/ ~/ T•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; y+ Z! d2 L- k; j7 m•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  g; M9 L) a) v7 r+ U! d•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
  p0 R8 Y' N0 p  s) Y" ]•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

# n+ R3 g# T- z5 D* ?: N% [•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
! S7 E# U! X* |$ c3 Z5 L: q•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
1 c4 Z5 Z/ V( a$ P5 i* ]% z•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
9 E# }6 y7 r# V. S7 r•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
