> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
/ [9 c4 _' l& V( F' D* ]# a> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,; A& n. V# k2 w- G
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store. c. g. |0 o( S- B! |
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,# R7 ^- [0 r, e' X$ N' Y7 I
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,. d: y7 i& D& ?% z
> network, VPN, etc.& V/ I5 g5 I" V+ v% ]. ?3 M5 _
> · On-call after hours support required- k: P7 j5 C+ I- a
> - m% O! l" W3 f2 C+ B; @1 a4 _& A6 v
> Head office support:
7 ~. B; D2 `# ]0 C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.: f6 w* F+ c5 G |2 T
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…+ k3 N0 `/ l u; {7 K% u
> · Maintain Active Directory. 7 w- b( }* {9 _( P
> · Maintain system backups.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
% N' l: X* u7 h9 S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 l3 t! S2 H5 i/ Q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email7 O& M9 h' x) s6 e# ]

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable0 H1 H/ L" D5 B. M7 e; _4 Z
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
