Trick and treaters are encouraged to start their Halloween fun in a safe environment. Participants can pick up their candy bag up at Centre Stage and then follow a Candy Map to find all the treats in West Edmonton Mall. Participating retailers will also be handing out candy to little ones dressed in Halloween costumes.2 J' T- Y N* b9 K8 `- O
