我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) - \7 k/ K* n2 v

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 4 K1 ]& m' H% ~) Q6 U$ z
3/4 cup granulated sugar
7 o+ L$ a& `* |2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 0 Q5 ^" b' b% O/ c( A

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

* Q- T( c# k4 P% C2 ]8 aFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
