If one doesn't work out, then I will consider hiring 2 caregivers to share this night shift schedule. Each one will be paid on a hourly rate of $12 - $14/hr. Since I start this recruitment so early this time, I might get lucky in the next six months! 8 K6 E/ A5 ]: s1 V7 c% X {. b' L7 O/ E" [: Y6 jMy current day-time caregiver is super nice and she has been helping me out more than a year and will continue doing so.
