11月份房产市场平稳无惊奇& D9 ?/ r$ c8 I1 C
3 W1 J. ?: p- H0 ]3 g( A7 f2011年12月5日埃德蒙顿消息:埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会今天发布的11月份MLS月底销售数据表明,11月份房产市场无惊奇。所有住宅房总平均价为$321,135,比上月和去年11月上涨不到一个百分点。独立房平均价为$365,734,比上月和去年11月稍高。而Condo平均售价为$227,901,比上月增长2.3%(上月为$222,778),但比去年同期的$229,337,下降0.6%。
