Don't worry! Easy work! Just take money! I think every Chinese guy can do it.
You will get training in Chinese Language (Mandarin) by your co-worker.
But the only problem for some guy is that you have to speak English Language with your manager when you have an interview with him. Because he said he is too old to learn Chinese Language!

这个工作是按照打印出来的“配方”去配制“药粉”---“多种金属及矿物质粉末”。这“药粉”是要被钢带包裹起来，制造成自动电焊机用的焊丝的。这焊丝用来焊接钢管内壁(overlay)，增加钢管内壁的硬度及耐磨度，以便在油砂到原油的处理过程中经久耐用。“药粉”配制过程分六个步骤：1.配药(放料，电子称)；2.搅拌(封闭及电动)；3.烘烤(电炉)；4.冷却(室内自然冷却)；5.过筛(电动)；6.再搅拌(电动)。工作应该算轻松的，关键问题是要“心细”。你总不能把人家“生抽”配成“陈醋”吧！要是那样，就全报废了！
