TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR
& @& {% T! G8 B1 S% qJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS# K$ V$ _5 s0 V
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
+ ^6 x% L1 U$ e' v ~7 n2 o7 E4 y( iwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative) G d1 S* |, y: Y5 f# X q
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 F5 E+ N7 Q$ W' ^* M7 m" l
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly2 V) V2 b" M' h) @ P
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES. ]+ p, `1 X1 {( g
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
+ n2 `9 x$ E. Z- l# T' P• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.2 m6 t) C" j$ G) z# y' y
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems., D; k3 y& y5 D: T' d8 f1 G; |
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
! l+ `7 ~8 J* c• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
5 t& m5 d; d) z) z8 V( k/ \timelines and budgets8 f! E( G) j3 w( x- s# \
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring- d4 t9 @( g) h) V G! i& r: u" p w& `
company’s business goals and policies
5 M2 W& R& ~$ M6 J4 s( [• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.* v5 g7 o7 @( Y8 o/ v
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE- Y) J1 P4 M# a
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
$ B% U8 Z5 J9 S/ b* v• Some field operational experience: G9 D$ t, ^& F3 g' P! U
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
4 z8 c( k+ u& `" `/ n: E• Strong computer skills
% Y8 r# O# x& w8 E• Class 5 licence.+ B: h6 P% @2 c$ E+ q2 R7 K/ t2 q6 P

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
