Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members. A+ \" h! t2 y) c: `+ h. p
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
?# K6 |/ R, z• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.1 F( ^, g' Y1 f d4 |/ n+ I. O! n
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
! J8 v T7 J) [: k• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
7 Y) F" R$ U0 ?) K• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
. }, W) q5 s- h7 h H& U3 w• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.2 _3 q5 Z. w' I9 D8 ?
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications- }8 D: b7 U0 F/ d3 `& m
Requirements:; o" M' O9 S7 W0 ?+ E w
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
% Z7 J. v$ c: t2 f6 O+ C& g6 j• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. ( S% g! D9 r% H7 P
• Strong Union Relations experience required. J2 Z' U5 S# F9 _6 G' V. r) \# i
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.6 Y9 m8 d; p0 j% v
• CHRP Designation is an asset.; l; {6 i, n9 c) W
