allows me to concentrate on the light, the composition and my subject

image quality. When the 35mm format was adopted within the genre, it was

! y$ p; k4 w7 s5 _. _convenience. Now, my wedding portraiture will have a depth it’s never shown; Z- [0 S; L! s8 u1 c- i2 Q$ a. z
before, and my style of shooting will be enhanced rather than compromised,

; X% I0 T1 Z4 y/ Z/ L* I. NWhen I’m shooting beauty and jewelry in the studio or fashion on location,

has noticeable improvements in metering accuracy, while the larger LCD is. B5 C# i/ L( a, l) z
easier to read. The camera body feels solid and ergonomically simple, while" ~! r& B$ y' g( r" O; m! E
also feeling lighter and smaller than previous high-resolution Nikons. New# w5 t2 } W( n
cameras always inspire me to test and explore, and all the useful features7 Z N% K/ D& n0 i6 S8 |. }7 Z
in such a compact package will open huge creative possibilities for my highquality- p8 I; Q! F3 J: Z( L
prints and video.
3 n4 G0 |7 @$ J$ e; GTo me, cameras are more like paintbrushes than technology. The goal is- `3 D! x4 g9 Y3 J3 K( c
not megapixels or technique but the image, and while camera models
0 r3 o7 [3 D! i/ t! G/ `are important, they are not the be-all or end-all. But after a lifetime using
; [, _6 U+ ]! A! {countless cameras, I have found a new best friend. It was not love at first
2 G0 G5 c4 c& h5 vsight. The sharpness and detail were initially intimidating, exposing my flaws' D. k2 l+ E& S4 I4 V. k
like never before. Subtle camera movements showed and differences of+ m, z; k' _# g: }4 C" C
acuity between aperture choices on various lenses were apparent. But now I

tremendously to the camera’s personality. After spending a month with the

As a modern architectural photographer I am always looking for a lightweight,

perfectly match with the newly invented system and produce breathtakingly4 K9 h% i' o8 D
clean, clear and sharp files. This camera gives me the photographic flexibility L; C+ J( O9 L& `1 ?* h
to work at unusual shooting locations and capture images in an exceptional8 y/ i1 K7 b/ |) f% p
