Li is wanted in connection to an attack at an Ontario mall which left a 19-year-old man dead. Three men were found guilty of manslaughter in July 2010, but Li has eluded police despite a Canada-wide warrant. He has connections in British Columbia and China and is believed to be using the name Hao Lu. Li is considered violent, armed and dangerous. 9 k: X) D3 ^$ H- `9 G& D
