My current mortgage is with RBC, but will be matured in July. I am looking for a better rate for renewal. What is the best 5 fixed term rate? Do I need to pay lawyer fee and any other additional fee to use your mortgage?

图上是 Post Rate，拿到的是Discount Rate.

If it matured in July 15, you may ask after March 18, so it's in 120 days, etc.

You don't need pay any lawyer fee and any other additional fee for use us.

哦这样啊。那09-10那段variable最低的时候，最低的discount rate是多少呢？只是好奇。我有朋友拿的是prime - 0.7，那他现在应该是2.3? 是不是已经很接近历史最低的rate了？

那09-10那段variable最低的时候(P-0.95%)，最低的discount rate是2.30%。

60天内交房：

2.79% 3yrs fix will be stoped on Apr 02.

3yr 2.69% , 4yrs 2.89% , 5yrs 3.09% , 3yrs Variable P-0.25% for over LTV70% .
(Means only customers need pay 30% downpayment, and good stable income, No rental property, No selfemployee without 2yrs NOA satisfied income amount)
