Main duties:
5 i1 y$ u9 S+ h: f9 o3 W•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
( \& S$ P' E  o- {# T•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
1 \7 l9 ~. L9 L6 e/ D- o; B! w•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
* s% [( K: b- S+ [# h/ x3 i# Y% J. L) N•        Completion of secondary education is required
# o3 a2 T  ^$ g1 l5 ^•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
1 Y5 v/ M& h. o7 w•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
