Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
0 t& E9 t0 }; r•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
/ f, w: Z" S: ^, t1 o9 B•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
$ f: ]5 ^! ~" W& p* M•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 Q9 `8 p4 c+ \% V+ k•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
! U3 M1 ?: P& T" @9 d- U•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
