Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

3 U$ u/ [) Z, W8 I: o1 \Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
6 P4 p: y3 q  p8 ]5 \•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
; \0 `8 x, |3 o& i$ v% p4 Y! j9 M2 ?  E•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
1 B# ~: b. m, U2 f' g; g" h•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ q% m& h( o$ Q& ~* Z. c" K2 ~: C•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
7 |$ t) c; |* z( [•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: x7 }$ U" b) v0 o5 a0 S4 {- x1 D# A•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
2 B0 L: J" C5 R+ G# D+ f( `/ W•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
5 k& J4 \6 ?# A6 Q( G•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
