•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- A3 {1 T" T) l' h' y' M( C& G& R: i•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
  A/ h: _& \$ Q3 k; V. t$ \•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 g. O% P: K& L4 S3 B% H•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) Z# E# ?7 `& o# m4 ?8 S8 j•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
0 e+ r9 b& Q( I- k% U( y•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

9 H. b- T& u$ ]: U•        Completion of secondary education is required
- o5 I, x- c/ F2 i2 z+ L5 y•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
$ D3 N5 u/ t, y8 T•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
