*Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall3 Q4 S+ K2 V5 N
*around 400k0 w( O' O, j; ^$ [9 J
*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.6 g% k; u3 @+ ?1 m F
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants& k. L! k9 T8 P7 o
$ N8 v( H7 t6 b" z3 a0 G, r9 B
With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
