RHYMES THAT BIND
: i7 O; h7 a. [+ p7 Y e# FThe program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven
& k( m; `% y, V3 C5 N) jweeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.& v# T+ k" K: k% J
(No session March 27th, 2012)

Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm. k& m( w8 Y/ m, D
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
9 q) i# w. W& N& `& n* v1 ~; xtheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for# k+ ~) [2 O$ c& ~2 X4 H4 F
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
& s4 E7 Y+ e {6 z5 O$ L4 W) ^0 ]! a; ^oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It* q# W$ l) Q8 ?+ I3 E" g1 }, b
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
0 g* l9 w4 }3 q; ]fun, and supportive environment.% b1 f1 Y/ ?) v) [2 G# e
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
. }$ w" P; a, j( iregistration is required; a snack will be provided.: e9 a1 y( Y3 D: e& w. i
