! F$ B+ _7 P; c9 ?7 F/ @! g) Q9 q: M•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
7 u# Z  i, y8 v. P/ ?! T- P•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3 E6 C1 ^2 W2 V. q4 A•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

; L; ~9 P/ E3 e, P- D! r•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

* H1 a- P* b, w3 F•        Completion of secondary school is required
1 o& F. \1 r& E$ K•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
