投资的话下25%首付就好了。还有就是20年后这个房子值多少钱？

年入5%，不如存定期。房子地点差，升值慢。

OMG, City assessment only $264,500.
% O$ h& A1 V3 iBad location, smalll space, old (lots of maintainance fee), rental income no way to even reach $2000 unless you incl. all (utilities, etc.). which family spend $1300 for 3 bdrm with only one bath. $1250 can get townhouse with 1.5 bath and basement for storage.
3 Q4 p7 a. S$ x3 T1 oVery bad, No good investment at all.
