• Complete and post staff schedules ' ]) q1 C5 W" U3 `; I
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ ~* L0 c5 U' v; X% y• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
" {/ G9 v. n/ F: W8 t5 B4 u• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& v. X" @' g& [7 J• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
, y I! k/ r: }; m& m+ E0 l• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
$ n* ~8 O: L0 r• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
