•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 O" |" D! N6 e' g•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
% X& y3 S* {: V5 J•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
  Q1 x4 k9 {  s  p8 }! D•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
$ @& U$ o7 }% k8 x2 B•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
. n; M; m9 K. H% f" y  n' }•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ l0 ~7 p  g3 d; y1 J•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# P3 Q( p) M4 TExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
% t! y9 M9 z8 Y8 b4 fPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
