• Complete and post staff schedules
6 O" |" D! N6 e' g• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines \0 }" q; A& V" w
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
% X& y3 S* {: V5 J• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
Q1 x4 k9 { s p8 }! D• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
% t! y9 M9 z8 Y8 b4 fPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
