Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
1 a0 m1 a& l8 P* C5 p- S•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
% ?7 U8 b5 z& H0 W/ H5 ~•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
) Q: [( t; r( B" S  ^•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
6 O! j2 H1 z) c( u& N•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

4 q) B3 ?3 ?" c7 Y& rSkills/Requirements:

* v! {# _8 z! ^7 k. ]# FEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
