• Complete and post staff schedules
% @% y; C$ q/ v8 [0 `, }- ?• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines7 Q5 }& l. C3 c7 L5 _" R
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ ]& ?5 Z7 v7 E• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed$ m& k4 i9 W9 M! d( J
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees( j8 C/ R( o# M. d; g
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales! H. R( M6 t0 s4 l# P# Y
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Education: Completion of secondary school is required6 s* U2 p# F- L7 w' j' o) K* L. k
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset! e* |3 q S1 Z0 \0 H
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)! c( u: `7 P5 v. i P+ F
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
