2 y, ^4 l* f- N. q/ O; D% }3 F• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
5 d: P% Y3 b2 a# u! X; }8 u• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
# }4 x$ w5 G$ f: r- D• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales v3 `+ M* L+ f
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:; v: r) U" ?( c. M" {. b

Education: Completion of secondary school is required+ z6 j7 `2 V3 u- j' _* G1 h
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset& J2 Y- V6 p/ f6 x# |( ^7 P$ |
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
9 p( m9 K8 e$ s- KPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
