Job Description:
1 a0 m1 a& l8 P* C5 p- S• Complete and post staff schedules : g$ }7 s. I$ F) P2 h% N
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines/ F1 m3 M; _+ W, m7 `
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
% ?7 U8 b5 z& H0 W/ H5 ~• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff" W1 B0 a' R) f$ _( B7 G
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date5 ]# P# V& w/ w
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
) Q: [( t; r( B" S ^• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees4 r( v" b- Z& Y5 p
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway5 m& q. ?' \/ e" G+ M" O+ v: Y
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset. i% I, K, v. ?$ S _4 j: A( V
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)9 N; a3 A4 ^( s) @
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion1 ]$ e( M5 S% Z1 W+ F
