• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines4 Y% X& b. R8 d3 _
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management7 h; v" z4 E: x5 C/ ?" E- z( S5 y
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
/ F+ c9 m5 B" Q9 i• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date( @. |. Z* k0 W+ u3 |5 S+ R
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed% s4 c& R6 J7 f: Q
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees( X' X+ R0 T7 G6 d
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

: }9 h! W) o# [* Y* sPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
