Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ ~* L0 c5 U' v; X% y•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
" {/ G9 v. n/ F: W8 t5 B4 u•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& v. X" @' g& [7 J•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
, y  I! k/ r: }; m& m+ E0 l•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
$ n* ~8 O: L0 r•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
. }$ j2 U& ?" f7 t•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
$ \6 P, k# I) [+ u7 }' m( n•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
  L# Z) P4 J4 l- B•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:
4 T1 _) v' d, }) Z* r$ [, ^/ P
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
