求助關於薪水

大家好
有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
最近公司給我offer
提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
If I were you, I will take the job first. Negotiation when you are capable on the position.
