Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

! K) \5 g) {, G. b, pAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
, F# c. s0 }. O•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
4 P" Q* l4 C. U# x& }•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
+ l% s% [( k2 @# n8 m( W•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
; f- Z& `1 f2 b1 s•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
