This resource will be responsible for the following:

•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
. t& U# J% O6 I( x  f$ x! ^, }. r•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
9 o4 P" i' z( G* g- ]•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
/ v1 S. s' A. f! m3 l•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
5 G! X; T8 o3 d0 S•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
+ d7 D. b* ]8 G  ?2 o3 F, N•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

9 A6 J6 _. R; y' `All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

7 f# Z1 R& P1 a4 r% v& A) H•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
! c# n' w$ K- h9 ^& L( r3 ?•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
; e3 m0 B% j4 k5 {( h: W$ b: z•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
  B: p! N8 X- v4 g9 ]: @' A' D•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
7 r) Z  e8 r9 a: u1 y- c4 C•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
