& X1 _' ?. I+ `5 k( y; X; Y•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
) h9 s" h! W+ ]•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
& P/ u. j7 ?: N•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Z% n# `$ j- M$ o& K" qAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
2 N; p! l/ q& M  o3 |•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
' Q3 G- R& b0 R# V5 B' @* U8 s7 @•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE
