This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
0 W* Q% O$ u, d7 \' |•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
% p1 g, c* s" T; f( ^7 u/ G•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
; o/ f$ c3 N. r0 O. V' b•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
  R1 M+ A9 \: m; u' b4 T7 S•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
) R  N! P, X7 l6 S* P, o) s$ _•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
' S4 M+ b5 |! ?* B•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
' N4 r$ q) G4 L* s& @•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
3 v9 L! f- n4 m# B& _: H) a3 V•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
2 i+ S4 i1 H0 ]: ^/ Q•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
