This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
7 P. H9 g0 m8 l) q0 j( c•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
* @+ U5 E! u* C3 R7 ]3 a4 e- ~•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
4 r) M8 T1 F1 z' B•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
2 t/ U/ e( g/ |6 }( c4 D•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
5 G4 I6 U; k6 d3 g7 ^•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
- @3 f) z" `& [•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

- n9 p9 S% U: Z6 ?•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
& A1 l1 R, y; N- _/ {9 Q8 H•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
% i1 i: G0 N9 O) M•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
* Q$ o# g% M( S  t•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
0 u  m- \& c* O, t•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
