! w3 S+ X' z) H# ]: p& G2 q1 WWhat are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers
! X8 t5 I5 M& l& U1 N• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
3 y1 y( w  A1 G" L, ^9 q+ }• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
0 a( Q+ g* p" o- H+ J# w& _# B; \6 w$ i• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
7 l! c4 {: Q; t" U• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

" i2 X: a  l' {, l+ E9 U! A! KMinimum Requirements:
• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
• Some sales experience
8 \& y! B+ v1 \. [! ~# ^• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
* S3 D+ G5 M8 |$ N, r• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
  a7 s# D8 B+ \- C• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
7 h7 k; S) }/ [3 H• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
: }; y5 f9 ]+ @) j! x0 {• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
* f9 v$ m1 j- T" h0 ^• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents

7 m* t  V# b0 i, e• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
& ^# {: N5 H5 x) l3 D: a" p• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work a flexible work schedule during peak periods (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
