% q6 F4 w* B- v# p6 k) VWhat are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

4 M" G7 D+ d' M3 a' e! u  SPrimary Responsibilities:
9 {: K8 u1 s4 u7 S• Communicate effectively with customers
( o+ K8 _1 m, P; o5 `• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
( V+ U0 ?9 _- `; B5 `• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
- O" W& p8 i0 @, i: ~1 ?7 m• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
. X# W" d* h% T7 e' N# O  q8 \& d6 L• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
- ^- g  c2 O- f! @3 I1 G+ D0 X4 w& M• Some sales experience
8 B& X. @/ _( T0 W) a• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
  B# v2 _# ~. M5 h, j) z3 ^- N5 S" a• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
) U3 R+ ~/ I  S• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
4 j7 W, p6 O; z9 ]) Q• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
& k/ \) J2 G3 O' H1 H& l• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents
( q( n" c* Y' N$ m: E• Ability to focus on and resolve customers’ issues without distraction
• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
