看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。0 I7 I" O; r; R, f* L3 _/ X
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
. J0 U3 M* M) K7 E8 iNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.) J0 P$ J3 U/ i% a- `% q7 F
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:+ ~. {% H; z% l$ _ m. P
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
1 j' e% L3 V: d& d' Q; J% X5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)( B2 ~- W$ a# I( M- j X
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
! Q y3 G) c4 f1 Z* k9 b$ r( m6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
7 o5 H, R. B9 B0 R7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
' x* ^& z5 }+ D# V1 U# n1 H/ r9 m. U8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).
9 j# _- n4 y4 R9 O* L1 l- _10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
& G* D% R s% ?7 T2 X* w. XIN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.' S0 Z# P7 p7 ^. g( Y# J
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.& |8 d. s' g# _, O, r$ ~
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
5 I% Q; Y' ^, d4 O1 Q: P6 e3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.

5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.8 B% Q* s$ n! I# I* k
