Visited a few times, sales quits during, leaving only one in charge of 3 showhome locations.
Showhome is usually not open, have to call to make an appointment. Website is poor poor.
Do not recommend.

谢谢楼主们的热心回复！看好了他一个房子，价格还觉得可以。只不过对这个建筑商太不了解而已，所以发了帖子寻求热心人的帮助。多谢各位！

我家是这个建筑商02年建的，十年了没发现任何问题。当时听说是一家很老的建筑商

UW的Urban区有两家建筑商，一个是Dolce Vita，还有一个就是这个M&M。DV基本所有的地都卖出造房了。现在唯有的空地都在M&M手里，很多顾客宁可不在UW买房也不选M&M。
