Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
Group benefits package starts after 3 months.

# I9 c8 U5 d1 ^3 ?; n! D2 oFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

Responsibilities include:
8 _9 H% R, E4 E+ a
5 w# U: q) |" q3 bDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
- J, O$ r$ ~: k2 gProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
3 q( r4 A& X8 n% SAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
5 N- u: b; |3 kOther assigned duties.

$ k+ A% i$ s, gQualifications:

! m1 }3 |( e- t9 i! cApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
" \# n- G1 ^' {5 V- eApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications
Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.

A Driving Abstract with no more than six demerit points (current within three months) must be provided if contacted for an interview.
