Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)

Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

0 w: C& Z: M( k' Z  HFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

) H, C7 G" u; {4 TDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
8 @) D# i! c% JRequisition parts and materials, as required.
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
$ {* m/ @, S% B% i" UProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
" \9 U& {* V* W" XAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
Other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

8 @+ E" z7 u1 l& P( m6 @Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
