To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
: T3 e+ R+ z; \• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
) z7 E2 ]7 j& H• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;1 y6 p/ o& Z. M, n: j
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;' y( X- g/ y. F! m* q$ I+ T
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
