Job Description:
0 k' n# y& \7 V# fTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
( W+ I5 s! }# S6 B• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;8 g: e7 z9 i# @
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;: i* y# Y5 o; U! Y8 ~5 J6 j6 `
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;

• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;& R1 x4 ~8 P5 I" T! @' Y
