- [: T9 H- e: B2 ~: \To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

- z, [) Z: j! g" G• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
% S3 f. L' V3 a& ?" p2 ^" J" y* S• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
! h( |8 x! `& r• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
. g* k- m1 O# s2 I2 J• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
8 R. c$ B; G& c; C" J• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;
' h. u9 E! P0 W! ]& t& E. D: A• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;
• Participate in trade shows;
6 Q0 ?4 B4 u1 G• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;
) Y9 s4 {$ c1 n* U% d• To participate in Revenue/Yield Management meetings; Increase Market Share;

• Ensure top level delivery of expected guest service;

Requirements:
•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
• Ability to lead and develop;
& r# x" c% T1 K: _, _# k" e• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
• Proven record of development of sales and marketing efforts;
% Z- `( N) i/ y& S! Q( J+ {• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
• Ability to work within deadlines;
% P5 |+ w! e. m# t3 A: e2 G. X• High level of creativity and innovation;
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
