• Oversee hotel security requirements. 7 x3 D1 `' d/ n$ F5 p7 K( V
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.' c& i+ o% p2 E a# S
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 1 K; F: A- M, [
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. F3 k8 m* p! X- d
• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
+ w) r4 ]# S Z6 o• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.2 ^- \: ^ K* J3 n$ y" X
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
# i; k" B& _: F2 L• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
& N/ J* z M9 i: d• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
4 z3 ^! t/ B4 t# D) F• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

Requirements:
" r5 |1 Y# K0 v* G9 W•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;- E$ w3 j) c0 @" y- j' H: y' I, m

• Ability to work within deadlines;
