: N' g7 A; B) d( Z: m6 g$ f•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.1 q- ?9 W2 s! S4 Y
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. 7 x3 D1 `' d/ n$ F5 p7 K( V
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.' c& i+ o% p2 E  a# S
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 1 K; F: A- M, [
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
. T& Y; @2 x4 h/ b$ a3 v' B+ {•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
$ O9 u6 o( E. K•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.* J, w0 y- C3 d% j3 s& t2 i
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
4 ]$ E" T7 m) D8 o2 H0 g  o•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
; d$ F+ T2 n* b' ^•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. ! c& h( ~& M0 b
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.   F3 k8 m* p! X- d
•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
+ w) r4 ]# S  Z6 o•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
3 r( J- Z4 C2 T5 Z- K0 e$ }•        Attend Cluster meetings. , ]! K2 U0 k6 g; O
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.2 ^- \: ^  K* J3 n$ y" X
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
# i; k" B& _: F2 L•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
& N/ J* z  M9 i: d•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
4 z3 ^! t/ B4 t# D) F•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

Requirements:
" r5 |1 Y# K0 v* G9 W•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
7 e8 O% Q5 l% R- [• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
1 ?1 k7 a0 x" R5 P/ R• Ability to lead and develop;4 Q4 a5 q' v5 F+ A% W7 ?
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;- E$ w3 j) c0 @" y- j' H: y' I, m
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;6 `, K8 n9 F1 {$ h
• Ability to work within deadlines;
% f* ?4 x) @0 ]% v* H3 J5 N: U• High level of creativity and innovation;
' D' K5 H, ^7 @3 h) o• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;+ @/ T3 a* `; L
• Strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
