刚看到的，rebtel公司的服务,添加国内联系人，然后分配给你一个你所在国的本地号码(与中国亲人的号码绑定)，也给中国那边的人分配一个中国的号码，好让他们打给你。具体操作是你打这边的本地号码接通国内亲人，国内一方挂掉，然后拨打那个中国号码，反向接通后开始通话，就变成免费的国际长途了。有兴趣的试试吧：www.Rebtel.com （充值部分你可以5块、10块不等但是利用它提供的免费方法 1-2年都够用）

I registerd the service, get a "local" number to call my home in China. But, how to let them get their local number number to call me back? Ask the people in China to register another one?
By the way, the quality of the call: my mom said she can here me clearly, but there was big ambient noise I heard my side.

在你的帐户里面可以查看到，点击联系人的名字，会有展开菜单，在最下头有一个链接，类似 call back---how，点击之后就有。如果对方有来电显示功能，也可以看到，具体查看原文吧：rebtel pk skype

俺买了10块钱，试了几次，语音一直很清晰，使用回拨方法，目前基本上还没啥扣费。充值是因为你先拨通对方的电话，最好说上几句话，1分钟以内，让对方打过来，所以每次初始需要一分钟的费用。
