To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations. s8 p+ k. T8 |( _1 ^' Q, d. q

Responsibilities
5 [- _ k w; {* J: E V) H6 n•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages$ e" c0 m6 _: y9 R! V
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents$ s4 J: b3 S6 U3 }- y0 q
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
( U6 x( n6 m3 w: `•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
7 n" `; E/ J+ N5 z/ E) s7 `' r•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
& ^$ v& l: K [5 ~+ e•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
1 V9 Q+ T* X: b- ^# e•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle2 _% Q5 U3 S# _* F2 V3 @$ W3 b: I
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator( F4 E0 W3 M% V% k! c; M. S1 O' I9 E1 Z# X; v
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
