To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

. L, ^4 X4 o2 Z% R•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
! ~5 a: {% J# R, O9 g! Q6 Y( ^•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
+ J0 k( J# @' M; |+ ~( i•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
; A" u* I* K) n/ P! h2 s# N•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work ' |$ k3 V; _8 B' C& L9 n
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
) A( d c" H; e8 E•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
( y% F/ W! v! B, M9 Z5 V•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
9 g; D: i; Y. R5 l7 M•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator; l6 M% Z* X# J( [+ A. ~
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
