Responsibilities
) v% E( \% O+ |1 V1 s•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
# u. Z+ I* ^( S- S4 J4 q•Review all aspects of the RFP documents5 \$ |0 j0 @: I( [' e+ Z6 {
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages8 `5 W/ P/ u2 ?+ w' o' @* A
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
% g: N5 t% n( [* [, x•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing- c/ \3 Y! T: T( q& X: R U
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
6 o5 x' A3 `( a7 ]# ]. ?: W•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle

•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
