•Review all aspects of the RFP documents ]* ^% {' Z1 N% N: C# m' @4 _
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
* L! k! u& a, N: i4 {' ~3 A•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
& a2 \# A2 y* L5 ]. O•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle0 |7 P8 O& d; M6 r4 [
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator4 i, d) k7 R2 W7 Q; t6 j. h7 [
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
