新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
+ {$ q3 S3 \8 B* I( m$ v, \成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
. M3 k- d2 M- e+ G我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
; B0 e; X& |5 }; s% B; W' e" q4 e而且需要办什么新的吗？
* w8 S; `( Q- Q+ C* D1 N  B不太明白
求指导
