关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

: F+ Q- ~4 A) z! `; l: z0 g$ gNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

4 Q2 k# R$ `  Y, f0 LFor new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

New homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
