• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

7 B5 z6 m& i" _4 K+ H• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.! r3 D. Q$ J0 a, X) I

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

* y8 P2 T4 r2 p; q& p) b& f/ s, Y• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin

• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
) S4 v! S' Y& d# P- t/ H
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
% @ F' D2 d. J$ t% u" d; y; Q
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

% s1 Y* H0 Z7 @7 Z• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.
