Overall function of this position is to develop the East Asian customer base of the company. The purpose of the Business Development Rep is to drive new business in his/her territory, while maintaining profitable sales
' q  x$ Q9 R, e  X9 J% o, Q- [1 Q" B3 G( I
The impact of the position is to ensure long term healthy growth of the company

Key Responsibilities:
/ C! b4 l, O+ Y+ w
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
- k% H, g9 o5 U7 W5 s
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
* e2 u1 C; X; x: L9 W
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
# o0 c/ q- H* G6 \8 Z( b3 a
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 
! e! C8 m1 A+ k" p% S+ t
• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

  B- T# M6 `9 M% @4 v7 y3 q• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.$ e6 K; P2 _" z' k* D) W- q

Job Qualifications
3 o: ^% \" {; ]• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
0 B, l& A  G% f6 {! v4 k) b, s3 s1 {; }
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
! e& A7 ]" {' s- d* \
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

; j1 T( f& ~# J+ @$ J• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
# z  P2 d$ C' Y( X7 W
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.  @. H6 z3 ~% W1 V# X+ T& D

• Travel within the assigned region.
5 r- u0 Z1 x  G! x5 a: b
• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com

这个不是我公司,是帮猎头公司的朋友发的,很靠谱的猎头。因为他们要求找会说国语或者粤语的。所以有兴趣的朋友可以试一下。
