Responsibilities include:

Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
+ @. ?3 o1 o. [, ^$ wWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
4 Q* H1 A5 x6 L/ F9 ZTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
Create and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

Requirements:

) @; z: H) y3 _" v# {-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge

-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way
