To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.
: l' r" x9 j& n2 R0 P, n, D
; T  z+ j9 `# EPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

1 h2 d) B: s5 I4 m+ T& ~    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
. |5 ?6 h5 w4 ?5 i    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
& U8 m1 ?4 H' Q" @" Z    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
5 g& W9 o' k1 U% ]$ ]- C4 F. x    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

    Participate in community marketing initiatives

, Y3 k2 Y1 z$ b0 |7 KThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
( o" P/ h: K3 i! y/ m- J
  b2 `  N9 o# _  I  u    High School and or Post Secondary Education
9 `7 @! ~$ }) J& O" ^    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
9 @' j' U2 w+ e6 v    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
6 O& a2 x4 V4 y7 m3 y# ~; i( \    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
) K" H; ?2 z* @% A9 h" n; P' J    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$ j: k( ~) g& N- }$ R, W    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
