To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:
1 l& i2 j7 A% V% ^* J9 T
* t0 n1 d3 k! k. y6 \9 V3 b    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
1 t- _6 r; q2 R: @* S( d7 n    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
! m0 t$ t- ^, l: i9 C" j. R5 d' B# v    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
9 p- ~4 t4 ^8 T5 x    Actively participate in training initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

" E. P! \) a% _. d0 p5 G7 a. N    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
5 I9 o! X' f* M0 {    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
! @( E5 T% ?6 W% F. b8 |! ]6 y    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
