To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

: C, e* j3 k9 Z4 u9 ~2 oPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
: k" @4 ~( }/ U1 [5 ?; e2 F    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
4 |' G  M( M0 B9 j0 o9 {! b$ O    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
5 s$ o5 T. A  }* t! N( c4 b    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
. N6 Q4 R2 J) V5 m    Participate in community marketing initiatives

: W8 ?# z- q& v5 gThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* U5 E2 r# s' D( e5 z, ]% s/ c; l( n    High School and or Post Secondary Education
3 p% K% S6 s% u    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
. n, r7 L" L$ ?4 ]8 `1 l2 {8 E% R" i    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
% L1 H- C/ `2 a" ?    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- ^+ ~8 t5 m/ ?5 t8 C9 R% T1 H    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
! ^, H) k, Y1 K( h8 W6 k7 Q4 z: m    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
