information that will make your transition to the University community

Orientation 2006 will be held on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday,

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth 8 f* L* G5 T1 K$ D H
of directional information.

- }" C' J' [: kBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
( b8 P; f7 J# G. u, a2 Ractivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 1 J' [8 ^0 R2 G, C/ Q! w: W

evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in % r9 o1 `% l0 N5 d7 T1 A! y

( k$ n- U; Z( a! c1 r+ JYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
b* c' W+ w5 w, F4 ~6 GSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, ; P' W# V: w2 @' b. i5 j
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you ! D3 u/ X; ^$ U% ]8 G Z
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
+ Q& s9 Q3 y9 @( ^: uyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your * {. O) e2 q5 N3 U* v
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
: ~2 `( R! L8 @$ g$ ~% w4 J; ]your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
. l+ Z3 y6 C- h9 \of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
; D9 A/ k4 O; Z' l2 JComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
0 ]2 O* t$ X9 u0 `- AInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
' ?1 i& J# ]& a3 \4 Kbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
7 r% w) a+ v% ]3 _1 c2 M! ~9 B2 j& _& Otwo days of Orientation).6 ?- q( N7 R' E0 f& S
