If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit

' o- X+ S0 T/ x& ]to find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds . d( D* g5 G$ ?$ L7 q' e
of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically

* r; J; X3 O5 }( N. |- y* MBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
& G2 w0 @% C1 W5 Q. c' t1 Aactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 9 X: X+ r( D! `& `. g
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday

. |3 m6 `/ G( S& M3 QHawrelak Park.& b. ?- J j! y! f- d1 s4 O7 C) l

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on $ J N7 E% p6 J' `$ S& w! d
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, ' L4 ?# G" r0 g, g) P7 P( T. v
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

5 \; J" T5 @+ N2 P5 J4 L+ [Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you 4 J/ D" ?5 L5 D' f8 m
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from 6 L8 G' ] `: b3 K
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your & ^1 d6 ^# v( V' S
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process 9 |" D7 |/ ^( t* B* Z
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
% p: U" D. m! R4 E8 G+ E. q% bof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
% t7 h3 {8 h4 x: H' A) i! }Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
6 ` u3 q, X/ p8 o0 z8 UInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and " F: y- n; e) W0 G9 M0 \
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the - G% O; N3 S% A8 x7 I
two days of Orientation).
