How to dress winter baby?

Have a few questions as I am welcoming my first baby. What room temperature you set with a newborn? I do 21 during the day and 19 at night so far. Do I need to turn it up with the baby? Also, how do you dress a new born during the day and night? Thanks a lot!

不要把温度调太高，也不要给宝宝捂太多，一般宝宝体热，即使有时候摸着小手小脚凉，也是初生宝宝血液循环的常见问题。温度高最大的问题是容易湿疹。

我觉得温度还要看是男宝或者女宝，男宝一般火气大，不能捂的太狠了；女宝的话，比男宝稍微穿暖些比较好。从你刚生完坐月子的角度也要看，刚生完的两周内，你穿个长衣长裤，男宝穿个短袖短裤裹上blanket，女宝则长袖长裤裹上blanket。待两周后宝宝适应周围环境了，再根据情况调整，每个宝宝体质还不一样呢。晚上19度，有点凉。晚上21度，白天23度，试试看。
