• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met.

& u5 z* _- w: Y* x% z4 ^• Coordinate with other Technicians and departments as required to obtain maintain service levels.

• Perform cutovers and upgrades on the network as directed by work orders.7 r4 f- L6 a0 D) D S

• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications. P2 z& D5 B) N4 ]% }

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.

• Maintain current documentation of site status, complete trouble tickets, incident report and other required reports.

P-Telecom Diploma with at least 2 years of post secondary education -Experience working at a cell site -Must be willing to travel around Alberta (expenses will be reimbursed) -Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Internet Protocol Analyzers, RFC testing and Microwave testing *The manager is not looking for Engineers.
