因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

3 }4 _$ p( k6 [2 N! Z" V) Q; X9 CFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
) M6 l' |' e( y- r/ L; ]Talk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
