大家不要吵了，哪里能修理房子管道漏水的问题

房子大概十年新，进来在二楼洗澡或者放水的时候，经常在一楼的墙里听到滴水的声音。一开始也没留意，但是进来在一楼的墙壁上出现了一小圈水痕，大概直径有１５厘米左右。不禁颜色比周围的白色深一些而且模起来有潮潮的感觉。并且滴水的声音在那里也比较大。基本可以肯定是二楼排水管道的滴水造成的了。很着急，不知道是不是大问题，要不要马上维修。不知道爱城哪里有维修类似问题的地方。大概花费要多少。

water damage are always big problem, and should always be fixed as soon as possible.

if delayed, it will just get worse, and increase your insurance premium also possible create mold which is very bad

check your home insurance policy or talk to your insurance agent. usually it is covered by insurance. however to use it or not you might want to think about it.

I heard in some place if you claimed water damage to your home, then it will affect your ability to insure your home in the future.
