请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
% q) H" G% e% J7 N1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
( W/ W7 }# F& I1 f. |& A! N2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3 Y5 }% W( N! t4 L, c3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
% ~9 B. c* w+ t2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
