我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
! t6 q+ d, V0 @0 B2 A1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
' ^+ G* M4 [6 x* j. \3 k% U3 k1 F- Q2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
$ W$ j  O6 h9 k- e3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
7 w( C: _; l8 X4 w* c0 D1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
9 K# S! u: ^' p: ?( L$ e9 g2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
