请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
. ]/ F  y) C! ?. ]7 n& B2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
2 g" G  u* Z  Y/ s3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
( t6 m5 r/ x- C9 F1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
- q  d7 c+ W! Y2 L. S" C+ [; r2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
