我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

  m& ~2 |# R) T9 `1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
' Z; Q( \6 B- R- E- ?2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
' O' _; X3 ~7 G( j' B+ p2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
% x  S  _# x7 K" A6 B9 m3) Inspect your car.
+ t4 i% `0 Y5 V+ ]4) Obtain the plate.
